SUZANNE M. SAYFIE

Executive Director

 

Suzanne M. SayfieSuzanne M. Sayfie has spent her life in service to her community. Devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Suzie’s good works have been recognized and honored over the years. For forty years, her unwavering leadership and support of health organizations, hospitals, the arts, her children’s schools, and her parish church has been a most valuable asset to the people of greater Miami. Suzie’s steadfast involvement with the American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, the Miami Heart Institute and the Miami Heart Association, the Opera Guild, St. Jude, and the Mount Sinai Hospitals, has impacted the lives of many individuals. Her involvement with The Miami Project began when she worked as a fundraiser and Patient Liaison at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine’s Department of Neurological Surgery. Suzie went on to chair several large fundraising events for The Miami Project, and subsequently became the Director of Development, and of the Capital Campaign. She has been Executive Director of the institution since 1995.
